documentation to be free of significant defects in materials and
workmanship, and that the program works largely in accordance with its
documentation. This warranty is effective for three months from date of
registration, and is not transferrable.
No liability is accepted for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by
the use of this product. No warranty is made that it is suitable for any
particular person or purpose. If this product is useful to you then
please register it, otherwise don't use it and don't pay for it.
In any event, the liability of TOPline Software is restricted to either a
refund of the registration paid, a replacement of the physical disks
and/or printed matter, or the provision of an upgrade to the latest
version.
===== License for Use and Distribution =================
CALIBRA is shareware, not freeware, and payment is required if the user
intends using it on a regular basis.
Unregistered users are granted a license to use CALIBRA until such time
as they are thoroughly familiar with it, or until 60 days have elapsed,
whichever is the sooner.
The unregistered version of CALIBRA, and its associated files, may be
freely copied and distributed on 3 conditions:
1) No file is deleted, added to or altered in any way.
2) A maximum of $4US is charged for a copy, to cover postage & packing.
3) Any CDROM publisher wishing to distribute CALIBRA must first contact
the author.
The attached VENDINFO data record is incorporated by reference. Any
distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed in
that data record is authorized.
